Join us on 10th May 2026 at the Port of Leith Distillery as Cassy, Alan and Laura take on a heart-pounding 131ft abseil from the tallest distillery in Scotland! They’re braving the heights for an incredible cause—raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. Come along, show your support, and cheer them on every step (or rappel!) of the way.

I'm so excited to be taking on a charity abseil to support Macmillan Cancer Support.
I've seen first-hand, both personally and at work, the incredible care and support Macmillan gives to people facing cancer. They truly make a difference when it matters most.
Having this chance to support an incredible cause and to abseil down Scotland's tallest distillery is both exciting and a little daunting!

I am taking part in the Port of Leith Distillery Abseil because I wanted to show my support for such a wonderful cause like Macmillan Cancer Support, and for my wife who is unfortunately unable to participate.

In January this year my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer and Macmillan have already been a great support to her in this time.
Having been a member of Showcase for many years, I have also seen other ways Macmillan has supported so many people dealing with cancer.
When the opportunity arose to take part in this abseil and support Macmillan how could I say no!
